1 Agreement to These Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and Sojo88 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the Sojo88 website at sojo88.vip and any associated mobile applications or services.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirements

• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of a Sojo88 employee or contractor.
• You do not already hold an active Sojo88 account under another name, email address, or payment method.

Sojo88 reserves the right to request proof of age at any point. If satisfactory documentation is not provided, your account may be suspended pending verification, and funds in the account may be held until identity and age are confirmed. Any account found to belong to a person under 18 will be closed immediately and all balances forfeited without exception.

3 Account Registration

To use Sojo88 you must register a personal account. The following rules apply to all account registrations:

• One account per player: Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Sojo88 account. Creating multiple accounts, whether under different names, email addresses, or phone numbers, is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being closed.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or contact details — is grounds for immediate account closure.
• Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. Sojo88 will never ask for your password via chat or email. Any activity carried out under your account credentials is your responsibility.
• Verification: Sojo88 may require identity verification at any time, including before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documentation includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or equivalent government-issued identification.
• Account ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your Sojo88 account.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

Sojo88 accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) only. All account balances and transaction records are maintained in PKR. The following rules apply to deposits:

• Deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Accepted methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, and debit/credit cards.
• Third-party deposits — payments made from an account or wallet belonging to another person — are not accepted and will be returned where possible. In cases where origin cannot be verified, the funds may be held pending investigation.

• Sojo88 does not apply processing fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges — these are outside Sojo88's control.
• Deposit funds are credited to your Sojo88 balance upon successful confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method but are typically near-instant for JazzCash and Easypaisa.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time subject to the following conditions:

• All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your own name. Withdrawals to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• Sojo88 may require identity verification before processing any withdrawal request, particularly for first withdrawals or requests above certain thresholds.
• Bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn. Only real-money balances and qualifying bonus winnings are withdrawable.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. Most Pakistan-based payment methods — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, and bank transfer — are processed within a few hours during standard working hours. Processing may take longer outside of business hours or during high-volume periods.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before withdrawal. The wagering requirement for each promotion is clearly stated on the offer page.

7 Betting and Gaming Rules

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sojo88. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and balances, and permanent closure of your account:

• Using automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the platform in a non-human manner
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain — any such winnings will be voided
• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports manipulation
• Collusion with other players in any casino game, poker variant, or sports betting market
• Engaging in any activity that Sojo88 determines to be designed to circumvent standard house edge — including but not limited to systematic low-risk betting specifically to clear bonus wagering
• Charging back deposits after bets have been placed or winnings have been claimed
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

9 Account Suspension and Closure

Sojo88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Specific circumstances that may trigger suspension or closure include:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity or age verification documents within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspected fraudulent activity or financial crime
• Chargeback initiated by the player's payment provider
• Self-exclusion request from the account holder
• Account inactivity for a continuous period of 12 months or more

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance in the account may be forfeited. Where a closure is for other reasons — such as inactivity — genuine real-money funds will be returned to the player after completing the verification process.

10 Limitation of Liability

Sojo88 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While every effort is made to maintain continuous service, Sojo88 cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and accepts no liability for losses arising from:
